   IEEE SMC 台中分會特別邀請新加坡南洋理工大學電氣與電子工程系Prof. Er Meng Joo至中興大學電機系演講，談論有關"Design and Development of Cognitive and Meta-cognitive Machine Learning Techniques"相關研究專題。

  
  
  Prof. Er Meng Joo，Full Professor in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He served as the Founding Director of Renaissance Engineering Programme and an elected member of the NTU Advisory Board and from 2009 to 2012.
