IEEE GRS-S Taipei Chapter Best Thesis Award 2006-2010

• The IEEE GRS-S Taipei Chapter Best Thesis Award has been established to recognize both college and graduate students who are excellent in the field of geoscience and remote sensing.


• The Best Thesis Award is granted on an annual basis to full-time students who excel in the academic pursuits during their studies.


• Each geoscience and remote sensing related academic department is allowed to nominate some candidates, who have to compete with other top students in the same faculty for the Award.


• In selecting the individual, the factors considered are significance of both academic and educational contributions in terms of innovation and the extent of its overall impacts.
