  On behalf of the organizing committee of the 2nd Taiwan-Japan Symposium on Power Conversion (TJSPC), I would like to invite you attend this gathering of the power conversion communities for both countries.

  
  
  The purpose of this joint effort by the Semiconductor Power Converter Technical Committee of IEEJ-IAS, the IEEE-PELS Taipei Chapter and the IEEE-IAS Taipei Chapter is to promote exchanges and collaborations among the power conversion researchers of Japan and Taiwan.
  
  
  TJSPC 2012 will be held on November 23-25, 2012 in National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in Taipei. Oral and poster sessions of TJSPC 2012 are friendly confines for in-depth interactions and broadened international experiences among participants.
