- 2013年消息理論及通訊春季研討會暨國科會成果發表會於2013年1月24日至1月25日假南台科技大學E棟13樓國際會議廳舉行，本次由南台科技大學電子工程學系主辦，行政院國家科學委員會工程技術發展處工程科技推廣中心、國科會電信學門、台灣電機電子工程學會、IEEE台北分會通訊支會、IEEE台北分會消息理論支會、IEEE台南分會通訊支會、教育部網路通訊人才培育先導型計畫 數位匯流教學推動聯盟中心、教育部網路通訊人才培育先導型計畫 通信技術與系統教學推動聯盟中心等單位協辦，共有兩百多位國內專家學者與研究生出席。本次會議共舉辦七場專題演講，邀請台灣與瑞士在通訊領域有傑出研究成果的專家學者，介紹最新、最頂尖的研究成果及未來發展趨勢。
