Dear R10 Section and Council Chairs,

The New Initiatives Committee (NIC) Call for Proposals is live and ready to promote to IEEE colleagues.  We are looking for new programs, products, and services and innovative ways for delivering valued offerings to engineers and technology professionals in underserved communities worldwide.  Please find attached the PDF for the call.

The submission deadline is 30 October 2017.
