IEEE Computer Society (CS) is recognized by students, instructors and professionals, global academia communities as an authoritative producer of educational materials. The IEEE CS Associate Software Developer Training and Certification Program is available now in Taiwan. For the first time, IEEE CS is patterning with III to offer this globally recognized certification to industry professional and technical institutes in Taiwan.

IEEE Computer Society (CS) 是全球學術界、學生、講師及專業人士認可之權威的教材製作機構，許多公司認可IEEE CS的認證，並將其推薦給員工，如Intel、Northrop Grumman與西門子等知名企業。IEEE CS 軟體開發人員培訓與認證課程(Associate Software Developer Training and Certification Program)現已在台灣推出。台灣大學電機系目前提供此認證作為其課程的一部分。而IEEE CS首次與資策會進行合作此課程，為台灣的專業技術機構提供此份全球認可的認證。

Certification Description:

This certification distinguishes and recognizes candidates who have acquired the basic knowledge and understanding of the key processes involved in developing software products. It requires a coherent and demonstrable understanding of the activities and approaches involved in developing software requirements, software design, software construction and software testing.

此認證通過者需對開發軟體產品的關鍵流程有基礎的知識和理解。認證通過者需要表現出對於下列活動與方法的理解：開發軟體需求、軟體設計、軟體建構和軟體測試。

Course Content

The program involves three stages:
Stage I - Review of e-learning course materials (over 24 hours of instructional content)
Stage II - Participation and attendance of 3-Day Live Workshop
Stage III - Certification Exam

本課程包含三階段：
第一階段：線上課程 (總時數超過24小時)
第二階段：3天實體工作坊
第三階段：證照考試

第一階段：線上課程

學員完成報名後，將獲得線上學習總時數超過24小時的課程內容，這些世界領先專家提供的教學內容，包括：軟體需求、軟體設計、軟體構建和軟體測試。

第二階段：實體工作坊

學員將在12/08至12/10進行三天的實體工作坊，邀請台灣大學電機系陳少傑教授帶領學員回顧線上學習課程中提到的內容，並解答學員之問題，另透過模擬考試題目，與學員討論軟體需求、軟體設計、軟體構建和軟體測試等關鍵概念。

第三階段：證照考試

學員將在12/10下午進行證照考試。考試時間為100分鐘，共80個題目。這些題目將測試在軟體需求、軟體設計、軟體構建和軟體測試等方面的知識。

考試通過的學員，將獲得IEEE CS和III的專業認證，將其認定為軟體開發人員。
